Neither Dialogue nor any third parties use your data for training models or any other purposes. All processed information is solely accessible to you. This means that no employees at Dialogue or other involved data processors have access. To maintain the highest level of security, all data processing is conducted in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data storage occurs on dedicated, private servers located in London.
Dialogue processes audio in real-time using a GDPR-compliant speech-to-text API. During this process, small audio segments are temporarily stored in short-term memory, and no audio data is retained. As a result, there never exists a full recording of the call. Only individual audio fragments are processed and immediately discarded. All data handled by Dialogue is encrypted to ensure maximum protection.
Dialogue prioritises client safety. To ensure clients understand the technology and feel assured their personal information is handed securely, we can add written and audio disclosures about Dialogue before engaging with our voice assistants.
By default, voice assistants will always offer clients the option to speak to a human member of your team if preferred.
